» RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

- Reservations should be directly made to our office. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty per cent) deposit of the total is requested (full payment is required for air, train ticket or hotel reservation) , and the rest of the package tour total for the service should be paid at the first day of client's arrival in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Bonjour Indochine may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of the sums already paid by the clients to Bonjour Indochine.

TOUR PRICE
1. All tour prices for land arrangement are in US dollars and guaranteed by the validity of contract between Vietravel and client. Unforeseen changes of price will be noticed to client before your arrival date.

2. Tour prices include: transfer and transportation fee by air-conditioned coaches (04 - 45 seats), hotel accommodations (from standard to deluxe room), meals (with one of Vietnamese, Chinese, European, Japanese menus), entrance fee, local guides and other special expenses required by client stated in writing between Vietravel and client.

3. Tour prices exclude: entry - visa into Vietnam, international and domestic airport taxes, international and domestic flights, travel insurance, tip, optional visits, other meals, the extra expenses will be paid by client before leaving the hotel or restaurant, personal expenses such as drinks, laundry, long-distance call, portage, excess luggage, luggage insurance, entrance fee for camera, etc.

2. At present, payment by credit card is already accepted but client must notify to Vietravel in advance for the arrangement.

3. Payment is considered as completion when Vietravel must receive the full payment prior to your departure date. Any delay to our indicated deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

4. Payment by post/ credit card/ cash (If you are in Vietnam)
If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer.
